What counts as a delivery?
Each package with a unique tracking link is one delivery. Multi-stop trips count as one delivery per package, not per stop.
What happens if I run out of deliveries?
You keep operating normally — just buy the same plan again (or a bigger one) any time to top up your balance. Deliveries never expire, so nothing you've already paid for goes to waste.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Buy any plan at any time — upgrade, downgrade, or just top up the one you're on. Your existing delivery balance carries over either way.
Is there a setup fee?
No. No hidden setup or onboarding fee — you only ever pay the plan price.
Is there a contract?
No contract and no recurring lock-in — each plan is a one-time purchase of delivery credit. Buy again whenever you need more.
Do you support weekly invoicing?
Yes. Contact our support team to set up weekly invoicing instead of monthly.
What are the sample deliveries I see right after signing up?
New accounts start with 3 example deliveries — one delivered, one in progress, one failed — clearly marked as demo data, so you can see exactly how tracking, statuses, and customer notifications work before you create a real one. They're automatically replaced once you start dispatching for real.
What's your refund policy?
Deliveries never expire, so there's rarely anything to refund — but if something's gone wrong on your account, message our support team and we'll sort it out.
What are "staff users"?
Team members you invite to help run dispatch — Ops or Customer Experience roles, each with their own login. The business owner doesn't count against this number.
What happens if I need more staff or drivers than my plan includes?
Message our support team — we'll sort out a bump to your limit or point you at the right plan, no need to switch tiers just to add one more person.
How does Tara AI's monthly limit work?
It's a sub-limit on your overall delivery allowance — the number of deliveries you can create via Tara's WhatsApp-paste extraction specifically, out of your plan's total. Deliveries created manually or via your booking page don't count against it.
